This line aims to identify genetic signatures and/or biomarkers for the early detection of human cancers, to ultimately improve cancer diagnosis and assist in personalized therapy. It builds on gene expression profiling, comparing mutant and wild-type models to identify differentially expressed genes that could serve as candidate biomarkers.
